At Avella Footwear, we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with our products. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our return policy below.

Returns

Return period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Conditions: To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  • Contact us at info@avella-footwear.com with your order details.
  • Always wait for approval and instructions before sending anything back.
  • Do not send your return to the address on the package. This is not a return address.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive the correct return address and instructions.

Please note: Returns sent without approval will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within 30 days for defective or damaged items.
This also applies if you need a different size or color.

Please note: Return shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it has been approved.

Refund method:
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made products: Personalized or customized items cannot be returned.
  • Sale items: Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

  • Customer responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Non-refundable: Original shipping costs are not refundable.
